"We have been customers of Parker Farms Meats for about 10 years. Originally started to buy lamb, but we also buy his pork and grass fed beef. We have visited the farm several times to see the animals that would be butchered for us. His food is so good, and slow cooking brings out its wonderful flavor. We also like that our CSA has older folks like us, and many young people as well. Aside from the roasts, you must also try his ground beef, spicy Italian sausage and breakfast pork sausage!"
